Directions
Our offices are located in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. If traveling by air, the most convenient airport to fly into is the Philadelphia International Airport (which is located about 35-45 minutes north of Wilmington), although Delta has begun service twice daily from Atlanta to Wilmington’s New Castle Airport, just five minutes from our offices. Or you may want to consider flying into Baltimore Washington International Airport (which is located about 2 hours south of Wilmington).
Traveling by train is another convenient way to reach our offices. The train station in Wilmington is located only a few blocks from our offices. The current train schedules can be found at www.amtrak.com.
Driving directions from the airports, the train station, and other locations are detailed below. If you need assistance in arranging transportation to our offices or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our receptionist at 302.651.7700.
From the North (including Philadelphia International Airport)
Take I-95 South – do not take 495 bypass. Continue on I-95 South to Wilmington. Take the first Delaware Avenue exit (Exit 7B), staying in the left lane of the exit ramp. This ramp intersects with Pennsylvania Avenue/Rte. 52 at the first traffic light. Turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue and stay in middle lane. Continue through 7 traffic lights. You will pass the Hotel du Pont on your right. At the 8th light, King Street, make a right. Proceed one block. One Rodney Square is the 10-story red brick building on the left (10th and King Streets). The guard will assist you in the main lobby of our building, where you will be asked to sign in. Our main reception desk is on the 3rd Floor.
From the South and the Delaware Memorial Bridge (including Baltimore, Washington, DC)
Take I-95 North to the Delaware Avenue exit (Exit 7). Go up the ramp and proceed through 2 traffic lights. At the 3rd traffic light make a right turn onto Delaware Avenue. There will be a fork in the road. Keep to the left (11th Street) and at the 7th traffic light, make a right turn onto King Street. Go to the next traffic light. One Rodney Square is the 10-story red brick building on the left (10th and King Streets). The guard will assist you in the main lobby of our building, where you will be asked to sign in. Our main reception desk is on the 3rd Floor.
From Wilmington Train Station
Walking: From the Amtrak Station, exit onto King Street. Proceed on King Street until reaching 10th Street. Our offices, One Rodney Square, the 10-story red brick building, is on the right (10th and King Streets). The guard will assist you in the main lobby of our building, where you will be asked to sign in. Our reception desk is on the 3rd Floor.
Driving: From the Amtrak Station, take Walnut Street/Rte. 13 N into Wilmington. Stay on Walnut Street until reaching 10th Street, where you turn left. Go up the hill two blocks to King Street. One Rodney Square is the 10-story red brick building on the left (10th and King Streets). The guard will assist you in the main lobby of our building, where you will be asked to sign in. Our main reception desk is on the 3rd Floor.
Parking
Parking can be found by continuing two blocks past our building (south on King Street) to the DoubleTree Hotel (on the left) at 8th and King. If you continue past the hotel entrance, you will see the entrance to the hotel parking lot on the left.
Parking can also be found behind our building at 9th and French Streets in the Carvel State Office Building parking garage. After you pass our building on King Street, continue to the next traffic light at end of the block and make a left onto 9th Street. Continue 1-1/2 blocks and the parking garage will be on your right.
